  • Fees and Payments: All service and training fees are final and non-refundable once the service has commenced, in accordance with our current partnership agreements and financial policies.

  • Limitation of Liability: Breath Medical Home Healthcare operates as a provider of boutique homecare and clinical training and is not liable for specific employment outcomes outside of our direct operational control.

  • Intellectual Property: All training materials, clinical protocols, and digital branding content are the exclusive property of Breath Medical Home Healthcare.

  • Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these terms shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and handled within the Riyadh jurisdiction.
